Thank you for your interest in the 2005 Oosterwyk Golf Classic.

The 2005 Oosterwyk Golf Classic is now in its second year. This year, we will once again be raising funds for the Hampton Roads Chapter of the National Multiple Sclerosis Society. Work began earlier this year in preparation for this year's tournament which will be held at Bide-A-Wee Golf Course in Portsmouth, Virginia. This year, we will once again host the 2005 Oosterwyk Golf Classic to raise money and awareness for Multiple Sclerosis and one lucky golfer will also have the opportunity to win $1 million in the contest. The MS Society

The Hampton Roads Chapter of the National Multiple Sclerosis Society serves more than 2,600 people in the greater Hampton Roads area including the Southside, the Peninsula, the northern Neck, the eastern Shore and three counties in North Carolina. The Chapter supports research into the cure, prevention and treatment of MS and provides programs and services to help improve the quality of life for those with MS.

In 2004, the National Multiple Sclerosis Society had an estimated 497,000 general members; 342,000 of them indicate that they have MS.
